1. Spend 20minutes a day decluttering
Clutter can be really impactful on our mental health, mood and productivity. Set a timer, listen to your favourite playlist and spend 20 minutes cleaning, tackle one room or even a drawer or cupboard a day. By having a set time, the job will be less overwhelming and the sense of accomplishment will allow you to tackle the next jobs on your to do list .
2. Make a to do list
Make a physical to do list with daily and weekly goals will help keep you on track and ticking each task off as you complete it will help you to acknowledge your achievements.
3. Drink Water
Forty-three percent of adults do not drink enough water throughout the day. Proper hydration helps to maintain our bodies both inside and inside and can improve sleep, concentration levels, digestion and skin tone. Keep a water bottle on your desk to remind you to remain hydrated throughout the day.

4. Reward Yourself!
Celebrate when you have succeeded on a difficult project at work, have achieved a gal or overcome a hurdle in life. It doesn’t have to break the bank, it could be lunch at your favourite cafe, a spa treatment or a dress you have had your eye on.

5. Take care of your skin
It’s the biggest organ of our body, so it’s important to take care of it! As well as staying hydrated don’t forget to moisturize, keep a tube of hand cream in your purse to help prevent dry hands.

6. Sweat it out
Exercise has been proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and release endorphins. Even as little as 20 minutes a day can dramatically improve your mood and mental health. Try it out for two weeks and feel the difference!
