Fragonard is a French perfumery house founded by Eugene Fuchs in 1926 in Grasse, South of France. He named the company in honour of French painter Jean-Honore Fragonard. Fragonard makes their products in their own factory also located in Grasse with the earliest edition of the perfume was created in 1928.
