Dorothée Guiraud, the founder of Maison Violette who is also a costume designer, discovered the usage of jewellery could bring ulta femininity and allure to a silhouette while she was dressing French actresses. Dorothée then felt the need to create her own collection to incorporate this element as her personal signature. All Maison Violette creations are made in her Paris studio.
